In-Stock Items
• Ships within 5-7 business days

Custom / Build-Your-Own Boca Orders
• Ships within 10–14 business days

Pre-Order Items (ex: BocaMORE Hackamore)
• Estimated turnaround: 6–8 weeks due to manufacturer timelines.
We keep customers updated by email when these ship.

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on order size and destination.

• Standard shipping time: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping available at checkout

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop.

🚨 Shipping Delays

Once an order leaves Boca Brand®, delivery time is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, or postal delays may affect arrival.

If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS/UPS first, then email us and we’ll help however we can.
