BOCA BRAND products are assigned a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
Authorized retailers may advertise Boca Brand products up to 10% below MSRP without prior written approval from BOCA B LLC.
Discounts greater than 10% require written approval from BOCA B LLC.
This policy applies to websites, social media, email marketing, online marketplaces, digital advertising, and printed advertisements.
This policy does not restrict final selling prices offered in-store, at checkout, during private transactions, or through unadvertised promotions.
BOCA B LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale purchasing privileges for retailers who repeatedly violate this policy.
