BOCA BRAND® LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

At Boca Brand®, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and innovation of the products we create. Our equipment is designed for real-world use with performance horses, and we want our customers to feel confident purchasing and using Boca Brand products.

This Limited Product Warranty applies to authentic Boca Brand® products purchased directly from Boca Brand or an authorized Boca Brand retailer.

Warranty Coverage

Boca Brand® warrants eligible products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period beginning on the original date of purchase.

If Boca Brand determines that a product has a covered manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the product or affected component

• Replace the product or affected component

• Provide store credit up to the original purchase price

Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Periods

BocaMORE™ Hackamore — 90-Day Limited Warranty

The BocaMORE™ Hackamore is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase.

Covered manufacturing defects may include structural failure of the shanks, defective hardware or components, faulty assembly, or defective materials when determined by Boca Brand to be the result of manufacturing rather than use, wear, accident, or improper handling.

FlexRoller™ Curb Straps — 90-Day Limited Warranty

All Boca Brand® FlexRoller™ Curb Straps, including Boca Elite, Boca B-Line, Boca Hybrid™, Boca Bungee, Designer Elite, and other FlexRoller™ configurations, are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase.

Coverage may include defects involving the construction, hardware, attachment points, or components of the curb strap when determined to be a manufacturing defect.

Normal wear from contact with the horse, bit, shanks, or other tack is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Boca Snaps — 90-Day Limited Warranty

Boca Snaps are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase.

Coverage may include defects in the original construction, hardware, or assembly.

Wear caused by repeated rein pressure, friction, stretching, chewing, improper attachment, or other normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Boca Bit Hobbles — 90-Day Limited Warranty

Boca Bit Hobbles are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase.

Coverage may include defective materials, hardware, or original assembly when determined by Boca Brand to be a manufacturing defect.

Boca Edge Nosebands & Other Boca Brand Tack — 90-Day Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, other Boca Brand® tack and equine equipment is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase.

If a specific product has different warranty terms, the warranty stated on that product's page will apply.

What Is Covered

This warranty is intended to cover genuine manufacturing defects, including:

• Defective materials

• Faulty original assembly

• Defective hardware

• Structural defects caused by manufacturing

• Components that fail because they were improperly manufactured or assembled

A product failure does not automatically mean that a manufacturing defect occurred. Boca Brand reserves the right to inspect and evaluate each warranty claim individually.

What Is Not Covered

Boca Brand products are equine performance equipment and are routinely exposed to pressure, movement, dirt, sweat, moisture, weather, friction, and significant force.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by regular use over time

• Scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, tarnishing, finish wear, or other cosmetic changes

• Stretching or changes in materials resulting from normal use

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use

• Damage caused by incorrect fitting, adjustment, attachment, or installation

• Damage caused by a horse stepping on, pulling against, chewing, striking, pawing, or otherwise damaging the product

• Damage caused by accidents, falls, wrecks, trailer incidents, or other external forces

• Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage

• Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications

• Damage caused by incompatible, improperly installed, modified, or defective third-party components

• Lost or stolen products

• Products purchased secondhand or from an unauthorized seller

Normal wear or cosmetic changes that do not affect the safe function of the product are not considered manufacturing defects.

Modifications & Third-Party Components

Boca Brand products are designed for specific applications and intended uses. Unauthorized modifications, structural alterations, or repairs may affect warranty coverage.

Using another manufacturer's component with a Boca Brand product does not automatically void this warranty. However, Boca Brand is not responsible for damage or product failure caused by an incompatible, improperly installed, modified, damaged, or defective third-party component.

Authentic Boca Brand® Products Only

This warranty applies exclusively to authentic Boca Brand® products purchased directly from Boca Brand or an authorized Boca Brand retailer.

Products copied, reproduced, counterfeited, modified, or manufactured by an unauthorized third party are not Boca Brand products and are not covered by this warranty.

Boca Brand® is not responsible for the quality, performance, safety, or failure of counterfeit, imitation, unauthorized, or third-party products that resemble Boca Brand products or claim to be compatible with them.

Important Equine Safety Information

Horses are powerful animals, and equine equipment can be subjected to significant and unpredictable forces. No piece of tack or equipment is indestructible.

Always inspect your tack before every ride.

Inspect Boca Brand products and all equipment being used with them for excessive wear, cracks, stretching, loose or damaged hardware, broken components, deterioration, or any other condition that could affect safe operation.

Immediately discontinue use of any product that appears damaged, excessively worn, compromised, or unsafe.

The rider, trainer, owner, or other person using the equipment is responsible for selecting appropriate equipment for the individual horse, ensuring proper fit and adjustment, inspecting equipment before use, and determining whether equipment remains safe for continued use.

Boca Brand products are not a substitute for proper horsemanship, training, professional instruction, or veterinary care.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Boca Brand® product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at:

Please include:

• Your full name

• Order number or proof of purchase

• Product name

• Approximate date of purchase

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the product and affected area

• Additional photos or video if requested

Please discontinue use of any product you believe may be defective or unsafe while your claim is being reviewed.

Boca Brand may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a repair, replacement, or store credit.

Products submitted for warranty evaluation should not be altered, repaired, or further damaged before inspection.

Warranty Claim Determinations

All warranty claims are reviewed individually.

Boca Brand® reserves the right to determine, based on the information provided and/or inspection of the product, whether an issue resulted from a manufacturing defect, normal wear and tear, improper use, accident, modification, external force, or another cause not covered by this warranty.

Approval of a previous warranty claim does not guarantee approval of future claims.

Replacement products or components provided under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Limitation of Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Product Warranty is the exclusive express warranty provided by Boca Brand® for the products covered above.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Boca Brand® reserves the right to update or modify this warranty for future purchases. The warranty terms in effect on the original purchase date will apply to that purchase.
